As a result, of the increase spread of Covid-19, HAJ has activated its emergency response office protocol which will be in effect, as of August 26, 2021, until further notice. The measures below will significantly minimise the risk of exposure to you, our customers, and employees. Therefore, the following measures will be implemented:
ACCESS TO THE BUILDING
- The Agency will limit physical interaction between staff and customers at all of our locations.
- 13 Caledonia Ave, Kingston 5, Cross Roads
- Barracks Road, Savanna-la- Mar, Westmoreland
- Albion Road, Montego Bay, St. James
- For Duplicate Certificate of Title pick-up please call: (876)848-9805 (Kingston); 876-564-8628 (Montego Bay), and; 876-382-4899 (Savanna-la-Mar) before attending the Agency.
- A drop box will be located at all offices for the submission of letters and documents.
- Envelopes will be provided for customers utilizing the drop box.
- Original Passport, IDs, Driver’s License and Birth Certificate SHOULD NOT be placed in the drop box. The same must be certified by a Justice of the Peace.
- Documents delivered by bearers will be received, date stamped and signed for, where necessary.

- The public may communicate with the Agency through its telephone lines and social media platforms, as detailed below.
