The Edmund Ridge Estates (Rhyne Park) is located on the outskirts of Montego Bay in Rose Hall and adjoins communities including Spot Valley, Cornwall, and Dover.
Edmund Ridge is located approximately 2.5 miles south of the Rose Hall main road on the Rose Hall property in St James.
The 96-acre property is bounded to the north by the Spot Valley to Mount Zion parochial road and Gore Housing Development, to the east by Spot Valley, and to the south and west by the community of Dover. The development will be comprised of residential amenities and infrastructure including a road network, water supply system, drainage, and central sewerage for the 754 housing units.
The Housing Agency as project owner will partner with Henan Fifth construction group who will design, build and finance the development.
