- Section 6.3, Submission of Proposals, Bidders are allowed to submit their proposals online to the following email address on or before April 12, 2021 at 3:00 p.m:

However, should bidders decide to use this option, the original bid guarantee must be deposited in the Tender Box:

- Section 6.7, Opening of Proposals, has been update as follows:

- The proposal will be opened at 3:15 p.m. on April 12, 2021.
- Section 6.8.2, Evaluation Methodology, was removed from the IMD to simplify the selection methodology for the participating bidders.
